How are referrals tracked?
When someone clicks your unique link, a cookie is saved in their browser. The cookie lasts 365 days. If they become a client, the referral is credited to you.
When do I get paid?
Payouts are Net-30. You are paid 30 days after your referral pays their first invoice.
Is the commission recurring?
No. You earn 25% of the first invoice only, one time. It is not recurring.
Do I need a website?
No. A website is optional. You can share your link by email, in conversation, or on social.

Terms
RevOpsFlow Affiliate Agreement
Thanks for your interest in partnering with RevOpsFlow. This agreement explains how the program works. By completing the application form at https://revopsflow.com/affiliate, you agree to these terms.
- Commission. You earn 25% of the first invoice paid by each new client you refer. This is a one-time commission. It is not recurring and does not apply to renewals, later invoices, or add-on purchases.
- Qualifying referrals. A referral qualifies when a new client (not an existing or prior RevOpsFlow client) signs up through your unique tracking link and pays their first invoice. If that first invoice is refunded or charged back, the related commission is not owed or may be reversed.
- Tracking links. You will receive a unique tracking link. Always share that link exactly as provided. Do not hotlink, cloak, shorten into a different link, or strip tracking parameters from it. Referrals that do not come through your link as provided may not be credited to you.
- Brand usage. Use only the approved logos, colors, images, and sample copy in your starter kit. Do not alter our logo. Do not make misleading claims about results, pricing, guarantees, or your relationship with RevOpsFlow. Do not bid on RevOpsFlow brand terms in paid ads or send unsolicited bulk messages (spam) on our behalf.
- Disclosure. When you share your link, make it clear you may earn a commission. A simple line such as "I may earn a referral fee" is enough.
- Payouts. Commissions are paid Net-30 after the qualifying first invoice is paid. We pay by PayPal or bank transfer, as arranged with you. You are responsible for any taxes on your earnings, and we may request tax forms before paying.
- Relationship. You are an independent partner, not an employee, agent, or representative of RevOpsFlow. You may not make commitments on our behalf.
- Changes and ending the program. We may update these terms or end the program with notice. Either side can end participation at any time. Commissions earned on qualifying first invoices paid before the end date will still be paid on the normal schedule. We may remove any affiliate who breaks these terms, and commissions tied to a violation are forfeited.
